We accept VISA, MasterCard,American Express, Discover, and PayPal transactions for purchases made here on the web site. Tax We are required to charge state sales tax for purchases shipped to the state of California (8.25%). Sales tax on web orders shipped within California is automatically calculated for you.
Shipping Most in-stock items are shipped from our California or Washington State warehouses within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed over the weekend are received on Monday morning and placed in the shipping queue.
Important: Please inspect all truck shipments carefully for damaged or missing items before signing for them! Claims are often denied by the carrier after a shipment has been signed for. Please report any damages or missing items to us immediately.
Shipping Cost We ship all orders under 350 lbs. via FedEx home delivery or UPS ground. Larger items are sent by truck. The bigger the item, the bigger the truck. Some items, due to their weight and size, cost us more to ship, and have a modestly higher price online as a result (with regular shipping rates applied).
International Shipping Shipping charges quoted on the web are for UPS ground to the United States. We also ship to Canada, The Netherlands, and the US Virgin Islands. If you are outside of these territories please e-mail us at sales@ahigheryield.com for a quote.
